1. Company Details

2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If site conditions differ from those described, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
- Any VAT that applies will be shown clearly on your written quotation.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Work is scheduled once a quote is accepted and a convenient time agreed.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel a booked start date. Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover reserved time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, with as much notice as possible.
4. Workmanship
- All work is carried out to a professional standard in line with relevant industry guidelines.
- We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- Any defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of completion will be rectified free of charge, provided the completed work has not been altered, misused or damaged by others.
5. Equipment and Materials
- Equipment and materials remain the property of Buildall Homes & Gardens until payment is received in full.
- We recommend materials and products suited to your project and budget, but are not responsible for the performance of third-party manufacturers beyond the terms of their own warranties.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and cash. Card payments may be arranged by prior agreement.
- Late payment may result in suspension of any ongoing or scheduled works.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the works.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
